Tion Renewables Acquires Operational 30 MW Onshore Wind Portfolio in Germany from Alterric

31 Oct 2025 | Munich (renewablepress) - Tion Renewables GmbH (“Tion”) acquired an operational 30-megawatt onshore wind portfolio with a 20-year EEG subsidy in Germany from Alterric Deutschland GmbH (“Alterric”). The turbines, which were constructed and commissioned in 2023 and 2024, have a total capacity of 30 MW and are distributed across four wind farms in Pülfringen (Baden-Württemberg/12.60 MW), Werne-Ost (North Rhine-Westphalia/7.65 MW), Glane (Lower Saxony/4.2 MW), and Zell (Hesse/4.20 MW). 30 Oct 2025 | Meissen (renewablepress) - Energy farm developer UKA Umweltgerechte Kraftanlagen commissioned an average of one wind turbine each day for an entire week, a new record for the UKA Group. The wind turbines have a capacity of 44.5 megawatts in total. Guido Hinrichs, Managing Director Project Development Germany at UKA said: “During this record week, with a new wind turbine commissioned every day, it has become very real to us that the UKA Group has moved into a new phase, with over 1.5 gigawatts of onshore wind under construction in Germany. The EBITDA margin is now expected to be in the range of 7.5 – 8.5%, compared to the previous guidance of 5.0 – 7.0%. This adjustment follows a review of preliminary third-quarter 2025 financial results and the updated full year forecast. The improved outlook was driven by strong operational execution across the two segments – projects and service business – supported by a stable macroeconomic environment. 23 Oct 2025 | Cuxhaven (renewablepress) - The PNE Group continues to succeed in the French market and has completed the sale of two premium wind farm projects. The “Clermont-en-Argonne” wind farm in the Grand Est region has an installed capacity of 14.4 MW. The project was developed by PNE France, brought to construction readiness and sold to French IPP company JP Energie Environnement in July. Construction started in September 2025. Commissioning is scheduled for the end of 2026. They will build and operate the wind farm. Over the next ten years, the Bavarian semiconductor manufacturer will purchase green electricity from the “Schlenzer” and “Kittlitz III” wind farms in Brandenburg to supply its sites in Dresden, Warstein, Regensburg and Munich/Neubiberg. 14 Oct 2025 | Minden (renewablepress) - Construction work has begun on Energiequelle GmbH’s repowering project at the Minden-Hahlen wind farm in North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany). Three new Nordex N149 wind turbines, each with a total height of nearly 200 meters and a combined capacity of 17.1 megawatts, will replace five older turbines of the types NEG Micon NM 60/1000 and Enercon E-40. With a rotor diameter of 149 meters and state-of-the-art technology, the new turbines will generate approximately 40,000 megawatt-hours of electricity annually. The photovoltaic park, with an installed capacity of 140.6 megawatts peak, will cover an area of 187 hectares and cover the annual electricity consumption of almost 78,800 residents.
